Thank you for visiting my site.  I look forward to working with you soon, and creating the art together that re-imagines and transforms the entertainment industry into the equitable and sustainable cultural force we know it can be for our working artists and our audiences.

I want to imagine, build and implement strategic and workplace solutions that make people's lives better.  I'm at my best when creating the art that re-imagines and transforms the entertainment industry into the equitable and sustainable cultural force we know it can be for our working artists and our audiences.  Let's do it together.

One of my newest projects will reclaim the original location of London's renowned Cosmopolitan restaurant and 'Cosmo' café, and re-imagine the site as a pop-up art installation and immersive performance venue celebrating the sights and sounds, smells and tastes of post-war London. 'Cosmo' will bring visitors back to a special moment in NW3's shared cultural experience; memories bittersweet for so many hopeful travelers, mixed and filled with the tastes of the old world in the new one.  I hope you'll make sure you join us for this special once-in-a-lifetime event.

As an arts leader, I believe the path to diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and ultimately true sustainability in an entertainment industry aimed at establishing social justice necessarily must be preceded by a foundation of economic justice, fair pay and what I call #WageDignity.  In every sector, the arts lose the best and most vibrant talents to burn out and poverty every year, while further calcifying privilege.  We must do more to disrupt the status quo, and we can.  I look forward to working with you to create a sustainable, people-first entertaiment industry.
